This beautiful home is as beautiful as it’s owner, Ashley Tisdale. The colonial 1930’s home is located in the LA, California oozes a relaxed, eclectic vibe. She has sensitively renovated the home to create the perfect mix between modern and characterful, making the home feeling light, bright and spacious whilst carefully furnishing it with a beautiful array of furniture.
The bedroom is my favourite space in the house but the lounge is close behind, I love the clever mixture of style with the sofa’s and chair, giving a variety of design and texture. Keeping the walls white really lets the furnishings show themselves off, and with some classic design, they ought to be shown off! The artwork and accessories subtly draw everything together to really finish off the space nicely.

I mean if having a lounge seating area to relax in your bedroom on isn’t #goals then I don’t know what is! I love the idea of taking a cup of tea and book here on a Sunday afternoon soaking up the sun! She has kept the space very simple here, but I really love it! As the saying goes, less is more! There has defiantly been some careful consideration to what has been brought into the space and I love the idea that the space will grow and evolve over the years. One of my decor rules after all is to not rush to ‘finish’ a space, let it evolve as you do.
